Our Services. Legacy Dubia Roach Feeders delivers Feeder Cockroaches, Dubia Roach Breeding, Dubia Roach Sales, Dubia Roach Colony, Live Dubia Roaches. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Ownership. Legacy Dubia Roach Feeders (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Legacy Dubia Roach Feeders does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.
Cap on Damages. Liability of Legacy Dubia Roach Feeders arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Legacy Dubia Roach Feeders against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Law and Venue. NC law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in NC.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
